Please tell us something about DOJO Madness. When was the company founded?
Founded in December 2014, DOJO Madness harnesses the power of big data to build tools and services that help players and fans to understand and master their favorite esports games.
Our office is located in Berlin, and our users are from all over the world.
What is your core business?
DOJO’s first line of products, the SUMO apps, are virtual coaching apps for League of Legends, Overwatch, and Dota 2. LOLSUMO, OVERSUMO, and DOTASUMO provide personalized guides and actionable insights based on individualized game data for over one million monthly active users.
DOJO recently acquired coaching marketplace, Leaguecoaching.gg, adding a human coaching layer to their product offerings.
In addition, DOJO Madness launched Shadow.GG, a SaaS platform providing analytics & data visualizations for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, and Dota 2 professional teams, that dramatically improves how teams prepare for and analyze matches.
DOJO Madness also offers a B2B data service that provides high-quality solutions for live in-game betting in esports.

“Most of our employees are in their 20’s and 30’s and all have a passion for gaming and esports.”
Why is it fun to work at your company? Do you offer any employee benefits?
Do you offer new employees a relocation service or help to relocate?
Yes! We offer:
+ A “get shit done” culture
+ An agile company with flat hierarchy where the contributions of each employee are recognized and appreciated
+ The ability to improve your game play with advice from our high ranking LoL and Dota experts
+ Multiple gaming rooms, including a VR-room and team gaming sessions
+ A daily open bar including snacks, soft drinks, beer and liquor and a massage chair
+ Many different team events like monthly team breakfasts, BBQs, summer boat parties, etc.
Did you get help from an interior designer by designing the office? And if so – who did you work together with?
We did not get help from an interior designer for designing the office. Our Berlin office design was a team effort.
