We visited the company crealytics in Berlin.
Here is the interview – with crealytics – and have a look at the team and their office in Berlin.
What is crealytics and its core business?
How did you get to your business idea and when was your company established?
Andreas Reiffen, our founder, got the idea at university: He read an e-book called “how to get rich in 30 days using Google advertising”.
Unfortunately, It took a bit longer than that. 😉
Are you using venture capital? And if so – who are your venture partners?
Yes. Several public (and some privately financed) funds.
In which countries are you active? Are you planning to expand your venture into other countries? And if so – where?
We have offices in Berlin, London, Passau, and New York City. We provide performance advertising in an ever-expanding number of markets.
Right now we focus on growing our existing offices even more so there are currently no plans to expand to another country. That doesn’t mean it will never happen though 🙂
Where do you see the company in 5 years?
Our goal is to provide comprehensive advertising services for the world’s largest retailers.
To achieve that we’ll constantly challenge ourselves and question the status quo to drive innovation and do things differently.
Your Team
How many employees work at your company at the moment? Are you planning to expand?
Our global team consists of around 170 employees right now – and we are growing continuously.
What is the average age of your team members?
The average age of our team members is 30 years.
How many different nations are in your team?
Currently, we unite employees from around 42 different nations at Crealytics
What kind of attitude should new employees bring, in order to work at your company?
Our employees are open-minded,
willing to tackle new challenges and motivated for the job.
We like our team as diverse as possible.

Why is it fun to work at your company? Do you offer any employee benefits?
We simplify relocation with paid accommodation,
as well as experienced “relocation buddies”,
who guide our employees through the visa application.
Your Office
How big is your Office?
Our office has 400m2 per floor. All in all it is 1.600m2 big.
Did you get help from an interior designer in designing the office? And if so, who did you work with?
For the interior construction engineering we worked together with the architect office dewinder. The interior design was planned and executed by our event manager in close cooperation with the managing directors.
Is there something special about the area?
We’ve got offices in some of the best cities in the world. Our employees can explore Berlin’s bars and cafés, Soho’s vibrant neighborhood, London’s rich history or taste some Bavarian Beer and Bretzels in Passau.
