How did you get to your business idea and when was your company established?
In 2014, BCG Digital Ventures was founded on the belief that corporations will own the next horizon of innovation. With $2 trillion parked on corporate balance sheets, they certainly have the capital to do so. Led by a shared vision for a platform that allows creative to be part of execution from the beginning, DV has operated from a multidisciplinary thesis from day one.

What kind of attitude should new employees have to have in order to work at your company?
Here are just a few of the qualities that will help you succeed at DV:
· Don’t hold back. Always bring your biggest ideas to the table; no idea is too crazy. Great ideas can come from anyone at any time. Speak up!
· Make it count. Whether you’re here for 15 minutes or 15 years, enjoy the ride and make every moment matter. We want you to look back on your time with us fondly.
· A vivid culture. From the front desk to the venture hub — whatever you do, use your imagination.
· Back each other always; you can. That’s why we are all here. We believe in ourselves and, more importantly, each other’s abilities to get the job done. We are a team of left-brained and right-brained thinkers. Together we are stronger.

Why is it fun to work at your company?
